Account Deletion Request for Robo Connect

To request the permanent deletion of your Robo Connect account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

        • Send an email to: [email protected]
        • Subject Line: “Account Deletion Request”
        • In the email body, please include: The email address you used to create your Robo Connect account.

 

IMPORTANT: For security purposes and to verify that the request is from you, you must send the email from the same address that is registered with your Robo Connect account. We will not be able to process requests sent from an unregistered email address.


What We Delete:

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete all personal data associated with your account, including your name, email address, profile photo, and any posts or content you have created.

What We May Retain:

We may retain a minimal amount of data for a limited time to comply with legal requirements or to prevent fraud, as mandated by applicable laws. This data will not be linked back to your personal identity.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
