Welcome to Robo Connect. These Terms govern your use of our mobile app (“App”), services, and website. By using the App, you agree to abide by them. By using this app, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your Use

  • The App is intended only for basic control of safe robots, such as prototypes, educational projects, entertainment robots, or competition robots. It must not be used with robots or devices designed for harmful, dangerous, military, or unlawful purposes. The developer disclaims any responsibility or liability for misuse of the App with such harmful robots

2. Google Sign-In

  • You may sign in using Google Sign-In via Firebase. You’re responsible for maintaining your account security.

3. Connectivity Features

  • The App connects to external devices via Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi. Use them responsibly.
  • We are not liable for damage or unsafe use of connected devices.

4. Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Ad content is governed by Google’s AdMob Policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App and its content belong to Creative Amir. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

6. Safety notice

  Robo Connect is built for safe and educational purposes only. It must not be used for harmful, dangerous, or unlawful devices. You are solely responsible for ensuring any connected robot or device complies with all applicable laws and safety requirements.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

  • The App is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about its accuracy or reliability.
  • We are not liable for any damages from your use, including loss, injury, or equipment damage—even if we knew of the risk.
  • Robo Connect and its developer are not responsible for any legal consequences, damages, or injuries that may result from connecting the App to harmful or unsafe robots. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring their devices and projects are safe and lawful.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. If you reside outside Bangladesh, local consumer rights may apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in your local jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies agreement to the changes.
