2. Google Sign-In

You may sign in using Google Sign-In via Firebase. You’re responsible for maintaining your account security.

3. Connectivity Features

• The App connects to external devices via Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi. Use them responsibly.
• We are not liable for damage or unsafe use of connected devices.

4. Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Ad content is governed by Google’s AdMob Policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App and its content belong to Creative Amir. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• The App is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about its accuracy or reliability.
• We are not liable for any damages from your use, including loss, injury, or equipment damage—even if we knew of the risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you reside outside Bangladesh, local consumer rights may apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in your local jurisdiction.
